- Price
- Plan and add-on prices are shown on the pricing page (before tax). Customers in Japan pay 10% consumption tax on top.
- Other fees
- Consumption tax where applicable, the cost of your own internet connection, and bank transfer fees if you pay by invoice. There are no setup fees.
- Payment method
- Credit card (processed by Stripe), or invoice paid by bank transfer (for customers in Japan paying in Japanese yen)
- Payment timing
- By card: you register a card at signup; the first payment is taken when the free period ends (the first month on annual billing, 7 days on monthly billing), then automatically at the start of each period. By invoice: we email an invoice when the free period ends and at the start of each period, payable by bank transfer within 30 days of issue.
- Contract term and renewal
- The term is one year (annual billing) or one month (monthly billing). It renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel; cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
- Service start
- After you complete signup, we email your workspace details as soon as it is ready. During the free trial, storage is limited to 10 GB; your plan's full storage becomes available once the first payment is received.
- Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling during the free period costs nothing. If you cancel an annual plan part-way through its term, the period used is re-rated at the monthly price (part months round up) and the difference is refunded. See the Terms of Use for details.
