Based on annual billing at published list prices; final rate is confirmed on document review. The special price applies to the standard subscription price — additional storage, AI usage, e-signatures with digital certificate and professional services are charged at standard rates.
Education
For schools, colleges and universities.
- ✓ Accredited or government-recognized school, college or university
- ✓ Primary purpose is teaching or academic research
- ✓ Use is for institutional, faculty or classroom work
- ✓ Not a commercial training or test-prep business
- Accreditation or ministry/board registration certificate
- Institution domain email address
- Letter from an authorized administrator
Students / Student-Led Organizations
For enrolled students and the clubs, societies and teams they run.
- ✓ Currently enrolled full-time or part-time student
- ✓ Student-led clubs, societies, unions and competition teams
- ✓ Use is for coursework, research, or the organization's own activities
- ✓ Not for revenue-generating client work
- Valid student ID or current enrolment letter
- Institution email address
- For organizations: recognition letter from the institution
Nonprofits
For registered NPOs and charities.
- ✓ Registered nonprofit, charity, trust or society in your country
- ✓ Mission serves a public or community benefit
- ✓ No distribution of profits to members or owners
- ✓ Not a political party, or an industry or lobbying association
- Nonprofit or charity registration certificate (e.g. 501(c)(3), 12A/80G, NPO number)
- Most recent annual report or audited accounts

Startups
For qualifying early-stage companies.

- ✓ Fewer than 50 employees
- ✓ Under $5M in annual revenue and under $10M raised
- ✓ Not a subsidiary of a larger company
- Certificate of incorporation or business registration
- Startup-program or incubator/accelerator letter, if any

Senior Businesses
For businesses operated by senior entrepreneurs.
- ✓ Founder or majority owner is 60 years or older
- ✓ Owner is actively involved in day-to-day operations
- ✓ Independently owned small or medium business
- ✓ Fewer than 100 employees
- Business registration showing ownership
- Government-issued proof of the owner's date of birth
- Short description of the business
Open Source
For qualifying open-source projects.
- ✓ Project is published under an OSI-approved license
- ✓ Source is publicly available with an active commit history
- ✓ Maintained by volunteers or a foundation, not a single vendor
- ✓ Use is for the project itself, not for paid client work
- Link to the public repository

- Maintainer contact and a short project summary
Religious & Community Organizations
For places of worship and unregistered community groups serving their neighbourhood.
- ✓ Place of worship, faith-based body, or an unregistered community or residents' group
- ✓ Operates for the benefit of members or the wider community, not for profit
- ✓ Two office bearers can vouch for the group and its activities
- ✓ Open to all who wish to take part, without commercial membership fees
- Constitution, bylaws, or a written statement of purpose
- Letter signed by two office bearers on the group's letterhead
- Recent minutes, event notice, or photographs of activities
- Bank statement or receipt book in the group's name, where one exists
How your discount is decided
Your tier sets the range and your size band sets the exact percentage. Applications are reviewed within five business days. Community Program pricing is granted for 12 months and renews on re-verification. Discounts are calculated on annual list prices and cannot be combined with other offers.
