Cloud storage
Files can be stored locally, on FTP, on NAS, or in AWS S3, configured per workspace and per branch, useful for keeping data close to where your team or your compliance requirements need it.
Where files physically live matters for latency, cost and, in regulated industries, for data-residency requirements. Being able to point a workspace at a specific storage type, including your own AWS S3 bucket, gives you that control instead of a one-size-fits-all default.
