Add one or more signers as Internal (an existing FileEazy user) or External (by email), and choose whether they sign in Parallel or Sequential order. Each signer's own field placements and notifications are tracked separately.
A contract with multiple parties often needs a specific signing order, a customer signs first, then the branch manager countersigns. Sequential routing enforces that order instead of relying on people to coordinate it manually.
